5. User ResponsibilitiesAll business transactions involving acquired Tenafli customers must exclusively occur on Tenafli's platform. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in fines, fees, or contract termination. Users are obligated to comply with community guidelines, maintain the confidentiality of their account information, and adhere to applicable laws while using the service.
5. Termination and CancellationThis policy applies to terminating services and cancelling an account on the Tenafli app. For project creation, users have three days to cancel without any fees. After this period, fees may apply according to the terms of service. Tenafli may require up to 24 hours to complete the account deletion process. You will receive notification once it has been finalized. During this process, all your records will be deleted except for your email address, name, and phone number. These details are retained to facilitate communication regarding any potential issues or outstanding payments. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct, violate our terms of service, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. This includes but is not limited to instances of fraud, harassment, discrimination, or any other form of misconduct that undermines the trust and well-being of our users. Additionally, we may terminate accounts if they remain inactive for an extended period or if users fail to comply with verification or authentication procedures.
6. Warranties & liabilitiesFor all users of the app/website services, our liability shall not extend to indirect damages, including: loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of agreements or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of customer base. We are not responsible for delays or execution failures resulting from unforeseen circumstances in the context of home services. While we strive for accuracy and reliability in the information provided, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we cannot warrant the absolute accuracy or completeness of the details outlined in the contract. However, to accommodate any necessary adjustments or changes, we allow users the flexibility to modify the contract up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. This provision ensures that users have sufficient time to address any evolving needs or circumstances, enhancing their overall experience with our home services platform. Additionally, we exclude all warranties and disclaim any responsibility for any act or omission on your part or that of a third party. Tenafli reserves the right to terminate these Terms or suspend the app/website services for a duration not exceeding the time necessary to verify information related to breaches, in case of law violation, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or Community Guidelines, by providing prior written notice within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Warranties & liabilitiesExceptionally, for home services provided through the Tenafli App, users will be subject to a fee for utilizing the app's services. The amount of this fee will be communicated to users on the payment page before finalizing their service request. If we are unable to debit the payment method you have provided for the fees you owe us, we will promptly notify you in writing and may suspend or delete your access to the app/website services until payment is made. Payment processing services for home services professionals on Tenafli App are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a home services professional on Tenafli App, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Tenafli App enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Tenafli App accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorise Tenafli App to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe. By using the Tenafli Service, you consent to Tenafli App collecting and providing the necessary information to Stripe as required for the processing of payments and compliance purposes. Failure to provide this information may result in Stripe disabling payouts to your connected account.
